planBpartners' Mission is to educate & help facilitate those deserving applicants that are looking for (or should be looking for) a better opportunity; to find it, analyze it, grab hold of it and run with it...Then learn to reach-out & teach to give similar opportunities to others like themselves.

There is only one truly sustainable business intent in the world, "that is to make peoples lives better". If a company's product or service does not make your life better by having it, then the business has limited sustainablity. The truth is that the more pure your business' intent is the more sucessful it will be and the longer it will last.
We at planBpartners have adopted this at our core. Our intent is to truly make your life better.
Hello, my name is Bradley Glaves, one of the Founding Partners of planBpartners.
planBpartners is a Legacy Partnership, created out of a need to help those deserving of assistance and a second chance, as well as a way to contribute to the making of the most positive, impactful future leaders of our society & world. We believe that to have an impact, you must be impactful to a group well beyond ones' normal reach. Every Legacy Partner of planBpartners works tirelessly to give assistance directly or in-directly to those that have been identified as deserving of our assistance (no matter what Country or Race; Gender or Age; Religion or Class). The following is our definition for "deserving of our assistance": those individuals and groups that are seeking opportunity to better themselves and are wanting to better those other lives that they may have an impact upon.
Our Business
Our business and legacy was born out of necessity. Embrace change or become extinct (or worst, beaten down so far that you can't get up again).
We don't mean to be overly dramatic here, but if you are facing huge obstacles that you have little control over, an industry in a death spiral or life changing decisions it's pretty dramatic!
We made it! We embraced change. We found people that were willing to listen and help. We determined right paths. We identifyed and implemented new better ways. We were also LUCKY.

Who We Are
Bradley & Rosemary Glaves are Founding Partners of planBpartners.
Together they have over 50 years in Corporate & Entrepreneurial positions.
Bradley spent most of his 25 plus years in the Real Estate industry and Rosemary excelled through the ranks of the Fashion Industry and later became Top in her Field in Real Estate as well.
Having gone through a number of previous Real Estate and Economic cycles we came to realize that both local & national RE economies were about to go through "the worst RE cycle our generation will see" and the impact will be far reaching.
Not willing to go down with the ship, we began an exploration of our options (just as we would have you do). What we found is that, not only are we not alone, but there are many individuals and groups that would go out of their normal routines to help us in our search and transition as long as we were willing to do the same.
Thus our Legacy Partnership was born. We now have new applicants who wish to become Legacy Partners from many parts of the US, Canada, Latin America, UK & Austraila. Some of them have worked with us and some are just learning of us.
Most of the services of planBpartners are free. Our Legacy Partners are also not for profit in their affiliation with us.
We all have independant and varied business that supports our efforts for sharing information, networking & support for mutual and individual causes and requests.
